1. What kind of warranty do you provide?
We are confident about the quality our product. Thus, we offer a limited 60 day comprehensive warranty for all of them, upon the date the item is received. Most aftermarket items do not come with instructions and professional installation for all items is highly recommended. We will try our best to post more general installation guides or FAQ on our blog. Buyer assumes all risk on installation and usage. No exchanges will be issued on products that have been damaged or used improperly (Modified). Our goal is to ensure that all customers will have an enjoyable purchasing experience, if you find any problems with the item do not hesitate to contact us and let us know. We will work with you and solve the problem.
2. All returns - defective or otherwise - have to be preauthorized.
Please contact us to get an authorization and returning address before sending the item back. Original packaging is needed. Please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the item and return it within 7 days after being preauthorized.
3. Return policy within 30 days
If any quality problems within 30 days (From sales date), the fees of returning or exchanging will be bore by our side, If during 30 to 60 days, each side will bear half of above fees. If over 60 days, all of them will be charged by buyer's side. Any request for refunding caused by personal reasons, such as dislike or unwillingness for the product, 50%-80% of total price will be charged as restocking fee and shipping losses. Private disassembling is not allowed, we will not provide any forms of compensation.
